The long version
I build things that make complicated stuff feel simple: companies, teams, and now a product for the home. Here's the whole arc: what I'm doing now, the decade that led to it, and what I learned in each room along the way.
A decade-plus of turning big, messy ambition into things that actually ship.
I'm the co-founder and CEO of eeva, a household intelligence platform: the technology that runs the household logistics most people are quietly drowning in. In four years I've taken it from a concept to a funded company: a 15-person remote team, $4M+ raised, and a B2C + B2B2C model now going to market in Japan while relaunching in North America.
Before eeva I spent a decade in operational leadership across nonprofits, associations, industry. I'm the person who walks into a $4M organization and builds the machinery it's been missing: HR, finance, compliance, the systems nobody claps for.
I've done this in wildly different rooms: a $4M nonprofit, a global association, and a venture-backed startup. The job never really changes. Find the leverage, build the system, make the ambitious thing routine.
I think in systems and I have very little patience for complexity that exists to make someone look clever. If something's hard to understand, I read that as a design failure, not a you-failure. I'm competitive, I notice patterns early, and I've stopped pretending I should be embarrassed by either. What you get is candor, momentum, and a real allergy to meetings that should have been a decision.
The stuff that doesn't fit on a CV. I studied East Asian Studies before I ever studied business, which feels less random with every step eeva takes toward Japan.
My dog Joey remains thoroughly unimpressed by all of it.
Not a straight line. Very few good ones are.
Household intelligence platform that automates the invisible work of running a home. Concept to funded venture: a 15-person remote team, $4M+ in angel investment and grants, and a B2C + B2B2C strategy entering Japan alongside a North American relaunch. I own vision, fundraising, investor relations, and the road to product-market fit.
National nonprofit bringing digital literacy to underserved communities. Ran HR, IT, finance, and marketing across a $4M budget and a 41-person team, and built the operations function from scratch: HRIS, CRM, security protocols, a 360-review system.
Appointed interim ED within two months of joining. Led administrative reform and digitized membership and congress systems for members across 70+ countries.
Operations and marketing leadership, a consulting firm I co-founded with MBA peers, and years of B2B account management. A decade of learning how organizations actually work, and where they quietly break.
Twice over: an MBA in Global Strategy & Marketing, and a BA in East Asian Studies before it. The systems habit started here.

I sell the vision, and I build the machine that makes it real.

The work I do beyond eeva, and where I'm looking to do more. I'm actively exploring new board and advisory roles.
